Women Empowerment
Specific thematic interventions will not be successful unless they are grounded in the community. PRAYAS strategy in the regard has been to facilitate and support the creation of women-led institution which leads all development efforts in their specific geographies. PRAYAS work to create these institutions to strengthen them and build their capacities.
Activities:
- Advance tailoring course.
- SHGs formation and skill developing.
- Training on animal husbandry, kitchen garden and Piggery.
- Linkage with Govt. schemes.
- Women’s day celebration 8th March.
- Mother’s Day celebration on 8th May 2021.
